Testing
To put our new NXT line to the test, we wanted to compare with one of the leading OEM tracks on the market to see how we stacked up. To do this, we compared our WZ - Zig Zag Tread pattern against a leading OEM manufacturer's track by working them both through 200 hours of intensive endurance, load carrying, rock drive, and skidding on abrasive pavement.
Results
One of the areas that we tested was the weight of the track.After 200 hours of rigorous testing, the NXT track demonstrated better weight retention than the OEM track. The NXT track only lost 6.9 kg, as opposed to the OEM track losing 8.6 kg over the 200 hours, showing a 20% improvement in more rubber working for you! This confirms its superior compound resilience and reduced material degradation over time.
While both have multiple small cuts throughout, neither seem to be showing any signs of significant damage, shown below. The NXT tread also held up well with the OEM track, keeping pace in all the categories we tested.
